Character Creation

Player characters are created according to the normal T&J rules: one Poor [-2] Quality, five levels or 10 points of positive Qualities, three levels or 6 points of Powers, and two free signature stunts.  Characters should have some qualities or powers that qualify them as competent police officers (e.g., "Cop", "Forensics Specialist", etc.)

Additional options from the supplement Legends Walk! are available, but please discuss with the GM.
