Deodatus Titus "The Caligulator" Valerius is an extremely dangerous nutcase from Nova Roma who either is, or believes himself to be the reincarnation of Emperor Caligula.  Think of him as Joker-esque – murder for art's sake, that sort of thing – but not as witty and more cruel.  Responsible for a long series of murders in Nova Roma, but eventually busted by Therius in a whopper of a fight that left Caligula paralyzed from the neck down.  He had influence in the Senate, however, and managed to sneak off to Dimension 10 before he could be hemlocked.  Since then he has reportedly managed to get himself some sort of powered armor suit.
