I have yet to determine how large a role weather will be playing in the campaign.  It is certain, however, that most combat in powersuits will be occuring at night.  This won't have much effect on the characters unless they suffer a sensor hit, however.

Terrain will be defined prior to the beginning of play of a particular scenario.
