Determine Turn Order for All Participants
in the Battle

Deciding on turn order is pretty simple. Participants act in order of Reflexes, from highest to lowest (someone with a "10" Reflexes goes before someone with a "9"). In the event of a tie I roll 1d10 for each participant, with the high roller going first.
I will make up a list of the turn order at the beginning of the combat,
so it isn't really something that the players need to worry much about.
