There are a few actions not covered anywhere else.

Transform - there are currently no transforming mecha in the game, but they will be coming (likely the Feathered Serpents will have them).  In any event, it takes one action to transform your powersuit or mech into another form.

Bail Out - when the going gets tough, it might be time to get out of that piece of twisted metal that used to be a powersuit or mech BEFORE the Heart of Jade blows up.  Takes one action.  Also covers getting into a powersuit or mech.

Put Away, Change, or Reload - this action allows you to put away or sling one hand-held weapon and replace it with another, or reload a depleted weapon.  It takes one action to do either of these things.
