I have been providing engineering analysis, design, permitting, construction, and monitoring services since 1987. My past experience is in containment systems, leachate ponds, wastewater treatment ponds, freshwater basins, landfills, and secondary containment applications. My strength lies in a systemic vision combining information from multiple sources to solve practical problems in environmental engineering, appropriate technologies, data management, and water quality.
Much of my recent work involves environmental impact assessment and the preparation of support documents for permitting processes under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), and similar regulations. I also provided clients with data management expertise, from the creation of dedicated database applications using a variety of software and platforms, to complex data drilling and cross-linking, to information sharing and public outreach via Web sites.
I have worked on drinking water, wastewater, hazardous waste and solid waste containment projects; customized construction quality control/quality assurance (CQC/CQA) programs, technical courses, and seminars; field and laboratory sampling and testing procedures for water quality and water chemistry; and geosynthetics, concrete, and earthwork in containment applications.
I worked as a Project Engineer for RIDOLFI Inc. from May 1999 to May 2008. Some of my responsibilities were:
