Sample Accomplishments: Testing and Field Oversight

• Performed soil, surface water, and groundwater sampling for environmental monitoring programs.  Performed laboratory analysis of water quality parameters.
• Provided continuous construction inspection and oversight on 34 major landfill construction or closure projects, totalling 137 acres of construction; oversaw the sampling and testing of soil, geomembrane, geosynthetic clay liner, geotextile, geogrid, and geonet.
• Performed field inspection of construction and seismic upgrade projects for commercial and industrial facilities, involving soils, concrete, asphalt, geosynthetics, epoxy injection, and wood construction.
• Performed laboratory testing of geosynthetics and soils according to ASTM, AASHTO, and CalTrans standards for soil granulometry, maximum density, and in-place moisture; geosynthetic tensile strength, tear strength, seam strength, and related properties.
