I have been involved as design engineer in drinking water, wastewater, hazardous waste and solid waste containment projects. I have also been responsible for the preparation of customized CQC/CQA programs, technical courses, and seminars.

Ridolfi Engineers Environmental Database and Information Retrieval Desk (REDBIRD) (2000-2001). Project coordinator for the design and implementation of a new environmental information management system.

Ridolfi Engineers Quality Management Plan (1999-2001). Preparation and maintenance of an internal quality management system, including preparation of new standard protocoles and standard operating procedures.

Commencement Bay NRDA Restoration Project: Mowitch Estuary and Squally Beach (1999). Client: NOAA. Preparation and peer review of various sections of the construction specification

Fresno SCOU Closure
Project (1996), City of Fresno, California. Preparation of a CQA Plan,
construction specifications, and operation and maintenance (O&M) plan
for the closure of a Superfund site including textured HDPE membrane, 60
mil (1.5 mm) thick, geotextiles, GCL, and geonets, along with gas control
and treatment systems, final revegetation, and surface water control system.

Field Quality Assurance
Program (1993), Matrecon, Alameda, California. Design of a CQA program
for the field installation of various geosynthetics.

a Former Landfill (1992), Saint-Georges-de-Beauce, Québec, Canada.
Project Engineer on the design of a new double-lined landfill cell, including
HDPE gemembranes, a clay liner, geotextiles, and geonets.

Program (1992). Cient: Construction Technique Jacques Côté
inc./Solmax Geosynthetics, Boucherville, Québec. Project Manager,
design and implementation of a CQC/CQA program for the shop fabrication
and field installation of various geosynthetics.

for Roofing Operations (1992). Client: Couvertures des Bois-Francs
inc., Victoriaville, Québec. Project Manager, design of a CQC/CQA
program for the installation of elastomeric membranes and various roofing
membranes.

Security Landfill Cell (1991-1992), Cell No. 10. Client: PPG Canada
inc., Beauharnois, Québec. Project Engineer on the design of a new
double-lined cell in a contaminated soils impoundment landfill, including
HDPE geomembranes, a clay liner, geotextiles and geonets.

a Bark Depository (1990-1991). Client: Domtar inc., Lebel-sur-Quévillon,
Québec. Project Engineer for the feasibility study and design of
a stabilization, drainage and containment project, including a GCL.

Landfill (1991), Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Québec. Project
Engineer on the design of a new municipal solid waste landfill, including
geomembranes, geotextiles and geonets.

Beauharnois, Québec. Project Engineer on the design of the closure
of a cell in a contaminated soils impoundment landfill, including HDPE

Containment for a Sludge Box (1991). Client: Petro-Canada inc., Montréal-Est,
Québec. Project Engineer on the design of a leakage control system,
including geomembranes, geotextiles and an active drainage system for a
petroleum sludge box.

Beauharnois, Québec. Project Engineer on the design of a new large
debris cell in a contaminated soils impoundment landfill, including HDPE
geomembranes and geotextiles.

(1990). Client: PPG Canada inc., Beauharnois, Québec. Project Engineer
on the design of a new settling pond, including HDPE geomembranes and geotextiles.
