          As described in the HSU catalogue:
           
            ENGR 410. Environmental Impact Assessment (3). Enabling legislation to establish environmental impact statements; EIS preparation; risk analysis; collecting environmental impact report data; evaluating adequacy and accuracy of data; interpreting data and predicting impacts associated with proposed activities. Engineering design applications. Prerequisites: ENGR 313 Systems Analysis, ENGR 350 Introduction to Water Quality, ENGR 435 Solid Waste Management, ENGR 440 Hydrology I.
