Olivia Libertad Díaz Rodríguez

Olivia Libertad Díaz RodríguezOlivia is in her mid-to-late thirties. She is of average height and physique. She is not likely to attract a man's attention when other women are usually prettier. Nevertheless, her smile radiates her liking for people. The human warmth emanating from her makes them comfortable and trusting in her presence. Her dark-brown hair is conservatively dressed, her brown eyes unremarkable. Her clear, light olive complexion has a dusting of tiny freckles across the upper bridge of her nose, and on the high points of her cheeks, just under her eyes. At first glance, her chin seems slightly too large; at second glance, an observer realizes it is not the shape of the bone but the firm set of her mouth which gives that impression.

The conservative, rather than à la mode, lines of her traveling dress with its modest lace trim, and her second-class accommodations suggest financial limitations. This is contradicted by the quality of the twilled silk of which the dress is made, and the fine Valenciennes lace of the trimmings. Also, she travels with a personal maid and a footman. On her right ring finger, where a married woman would wear her wedding ring, she wears two mourning rings, one of black hair and the other of brown hair.

She can speak Spanish and English, and a little French.
