| The Parsifal
On behalf of His Majesty King Ludwig II of Bayern, Welcome on board the Parsifal. We hope your stay will be pleasant and comfortable. The Parsifal is one of four airships operated by the Koeniglich (Royal) Luftschwansa of Bayern, and is currently assigned to the Oriental Express circuit. The Parsifal is 122 meters long, and its twelve luxuriously appointed decks provide ample space for passengers, crew and cargo. Here is what you will find on board: Top Deck: Koenig Zimmerflucht (Royal Suite), First-Class Promenade, First- Class staterooms Nos. 1 through 6 2nd Deck: Upper Library, Upper Smoking Room, Upper Sitting Room, First-Class staterooms Nos. 7-15. |

12th Deck: Magnetic Spell Engines Below deck, of course, is the cargo space. Passengers
are restricted to decks 1 through 8 unless accompanied by an officer.
Use of Weapons While on board the airship,
the use of weapons is not authorised. Passengers are asked to keep
any firearms, edged weapons, etc., safely secured in their luggage, in
an appropriate case. Violations will be considered
serious offenses, and the perpetrators will be subject to the Captain's
Law, as well as being prosecuted to the fullest extent of Bavarian law.

| Sorcery and Faerie
Powers
As with the use of weapons, we must
impose restrictions on the use of Thaumic and Faerie powers. The
Sorcerous Engines which power the ship are sensitive to disruptions in
the ley lines. In addition, their powerful field is
Tours of the Airship A full tour of the Parsifal will be conducted during the leg of our trip between Rome and Sofia. All passengers interested should assemble in the Main (Forward) Dining Room at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, where they will be met by an Officer and escorted. |
Life On Board
Smoking on board is restricted to our three Smoking Rooms. If desired, valuables and jewelry can be handed to the Purser for safekeeping. If you need help, be sure to ask your steward to explain the functioning of the various levers, handles and switches for heat, light, ventilation, service bell, fire extinguisher, and hot and cold running water. All lighting on board is supplied by the power of Electrical Current! Anything else our stewards can do for you will be their pleasure. Don't forget to leave your shoes outside your cabin door at night for polishing. Maids and valets are available to help those who are traveling with reduced staff. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, allowing our overnight passengers a glorious view of departure, |
as well as giving the chance for our morning arrivals
for some sustenance. Mid-day dinner is served at noon, afternoon
tea or coffee is offered from 4:00 to 5:00 PM for our British travelers,
and evening dinner is at 7:00 PM for our continental passengers.
Sandwiches and refreshments are available late into the night. Meals
are annouced with the sound of a gong.
The latest edition of various newspapers and magazines is obtained at each stop, available in the dining rooms, smoking rooms, sitting rooms and libraries. Every night at 8:00 PM, the Astounding Markus presents his magic show in the Aft Dining Room. There is also dancing in the Main Dining Room, nightly from 9:30 PM to midnight. We hope your stay on board the Parsifal will be
