Dear Ms. Sawyer,

After careful review of your application and educational background, I feel that I can make you a very generous employment offer.  I have the position of Emergency Medical Technician I and a place in an experienced ambulance crew open for your acceptance.  Our Emergency Medical Bay and Ambulances are brand new, as is our program.  This will be a chance for you to get ahdns on experience in an urban area with a diverse population.

You are invited to attend an employee appreciation party on Saturday, August 7, 2050 at 12pm.  This party will also be commemorating the opening of our new emergency medical bay.
