Diana Maliki is a female Ork (although she can easily pass for human) from Zanzibar.  Her brother, a human, is the famed warlord and crime boss Artur Maliki.  She has been working for the Humboldt Nation on and off as a consultant, and is responsible for gathering most of the intel on the Shiawase San Francisco compound about a year ago.  Howerver, she did not succeeed in acquiring the files regarding the abandoned Shiawase research facility that left the former Hoopa Reservation a Blight.
