Background

This page presents information relating to a play-by-email (PBeM) role-playing game based on on the Metabarons game.  The Metabarons universe is that described in the classic Moebius (Jean Giraud)/Alexandro Jodorowsky/Zoran Janjetov/Juan Gimenez graphic novel series L'Incal, Avant l'Incal, Après l'Incal (collectively published as The Incal in English), Technopères (Technopriests), and La Caste des méta-barons (The Metabarons).  The comics are published by Humanoids Publishing, and the game is co-published by West End Games (U.S.) and Yeti Entertainment (Europe).

Other art from the books come from such greats as George Bess, François Boucq, Sylvio Cadelo, Travis Charest, Boris Golzio, Zoran Janjetov, Gérald Parel, and Claire Wendling.
