It is about 1,000 miles from Nekoma to Jarret WY. Among other things, you might note that on a horse it will probably take John over a month to get there. Even at an average speed of 30 mph it will only take you 33 hours to make the trip, so if you leave right now you will probably beat John there by a good three weeks at least.

Your most direct route takes you past Bismarck, a city which has almost certainly been Ghost Rock bombed (which is good news for Benedict, and bad news for everyone else).

From Jarret it is around 350 miles to Denver (boo!). This will most assuredly put it in the Denver sphere of influence, so expect to see Black Hats.
From Jarret it is around 370 miles to Iron Oasis (yea!)
From Jarret it is around 480 miles to Boise
From Jarret it is around 760 miles to Las Vegas.

Your truck has a range of about 750 miles between fill ups, so you will have to find fuel somewhere along the way in order to make it to Jarret.
