Fletcher Christian arrived on Poseidon about six months ago.  While he doesn't have blotchy red spots anymore and his hair has grown back, his skin is still noticeably pale.  He is fairly extensively Modified, including at least multi-glands, night vision, and possibly accelerated neurons.  He is well-connected on the street, despite his recent arrival, and is an excellent shot.  He usually wears dark sunglasses and a long black leather trenchcoat, and carries an assortment of pistols and knives.

Rapanui and Fletcher first met in a city registration office. Rapanui was getting her PI/Weapons license renewed. Fletcher was getting his for the first time. He was having trouble with some of the forms, since he was a newcomer to both Haven and Poseidon and couldn't understand some of the questions. Rapanui helped him out a bit.

After that, Fletcher did a couple of minor jobs, before finally landing a major one. Then he landed an important industrial espionage and ecological crime case when Poseidon Motor Company hired him to investigate Frazetti Hovervehicles at the same time the Sinne-Bob Agency was hired by another company to investigate the same. The three ended up cooperating to solve the FHV case. After this, Christian, Sinne, and Bob teamed up to start their own agency, since they worked together so well.
