• Sirens (the Trade Sea, the Frothing Sea)
• Leviathan (the Frothing Sea)
• La Bête (Ile de la Bête)
• Sidhe Reavers (the Frothing Sea, the Trade Sea)
• Thalusai  (Barcino, Highlands moors)
• Sandbar Spider (Treasure Reef)
• Drachen (La Sierra de Hierro, Freiburg)
• Black Wolves (El Moro)
• Kobolds (Heilgründ königreich)
• The Caged Beast or Domae?) (Freiburg sewers)
• Ghouls (Siegsburg, Heilgründ königreich)
• Goblins (Mountains of Oddiswulf Island)
• Ice Wolves (Vestenmannavnjar) – wolves the size of cows, breathing ice wind to freeze their prey
• Trolls (Vestenmannavnjar) – large, shambling creatures of phenomenal strength, with moss-green skin

• Undead (Most frequently on the seas) 
• The Mörderin (Freiburg) – A sort of hybrid between a gargoyle and a werewolf, and venomous to boot, which preyed upon the denizens of the Verzweiflung outside Freiburg.  Ferdinand slew the beast single-handedly.
• Unnamed monster in the crypts under the chapterhouse of the Rose and Cross in Charouse – beaten back, though not slain, by Ferdinand or rather "Beggar John"
