Edmund gives us a preview of the upcoming movie version of Patrick O'Brien's Master and Commander. It's only funny if you've read the books and if you checked the casting for the movie.
Jack: "Barrett Bonden! Barrett Bonden! Where is that blasted fellow?"
Bonden: Mmmph, chomp "Here sir! Just having a bit of elevenses!" Chew, stuff.
Jack: "Bless you Bonden, you are a strange fellow, and you have the hairiest feet I have ever seen."
Maturin: "It is not an unusual morphological aberration among those who spend their lives high above the deck, or aluff as you nautical types say. Bonden, you are unpleasantly corpulent and small. Try some of this tincture of opium - it has no ill effects and will help you attain your full stature."
Bonden: *GLUG* *GLUG* *GLUG* "My word Mr. Maturin, I feel rather... rather... one ring to rule them all!" *THUD*
