Based on "The Freshmen", with apologies to The Verve Pipe (parody lyrics by Gordon Vincent).
When I was young I knew every knack
And she was a Brute who rarely ever took advice
Now I'm Knocked Out bleeding with my buddies on the floor
Stop the Villain's breath with a bag full of dice
She said, "A simple tavern brawl"
A veil over her face
"Just a simple tavern brawl"
She made the roll in the first place
For the life of me I cannot remember
What made us think that we were wise and that these were Blessing Dice
For the life of us we could not believe we'd ever lose to these men
We were merely Henchmen
My best friend bought Amnesia 3 just to forget her
She pulled the red threads tight until they snapped
Now he's Knocked Out bleeding with his butt on the floor
Winces at her Lashes and how he never really wept he says
She said, "A simple tavern brawl"
A veil over her face
"Just a simple tavern brawl"
She made the roll in the first place
For the life of me I cannot remember
What made us think that we were wise and that these were Blessing Dice
For the life of us we could not believe we'd ever fall to these men
We were merely Henchmen
We've tried to wash our hands of all of this
We never talk of our Henchmen's Guild memberships
And now we're Knocked Out bleeding with our bodies on the floor
We blew through our dice when we tried not to slip, we'd say
She said, "A simple tavern brawl"
A veil over her face
"Just a simple tavern brawl"
She made the roll in the first place
For the life of me I cannot remember
What made us think that we were wise and that these were Blessing Dice
For the life of us we could not believe we'd ever job to these men
We were merely Henchmen
For the life of me I cannot remember
What made us think that we were wise and that these were Blessing Dice
For the life of us we could not believe we'd ever die to these men
We were merely Henchmen
We were merely Henchmen
We were merely Henchmen
