sink any Vendel merchantmen they encounter. |

agrees to a peaceful withdrawal as long as they get to keep Barcino.
Pablo Urchano del Gutter complains. Vagos around the nation begin

Eisen, but decides to leave Montegue there because a) they can't meet his
price, and b) he's a loser anyway. |
