Vincente is an able sailor on board the Hanged Man. He and his brother Rodrigo, along with Didi, often perform missions for Captain Allende. He acts as muscle to protect Rodrigo and Didi when they get in trouble.
The heroes first met him in Freiburg, when they hired passage on board the Drake for Carleon. They have met him several more times after that. Because of the shameless way he flirted with Didi, Vincente has little liking for don Lucas in particular, and he once bested him in a pirate duel.
Through a complicated series of events in Octavus 1668, Constanza ended up being responsible for fitting him with an ominous hook after his left hand was lopped off in a boarding action against a Crimson Rogers ship, the Dauphin.
