Undead Minions

Sidhe like Meryth, and Legion-spawn like Robert de Méchant both use undead minions on a grand scale.  Meryth and the other Sidhe seem to use only the bodies of the droned and reanimate them.  Captain Méchant, on the other hand, seems to command all sorts of undead having most often died of violence (probably mostly people he and his minions killed).   Undead are becoming positively commonplace as far as we're concerned.  The heroes first met with reanimated drowned sailors when they first encountered the Sidhe Reavers in The Arrow of Heaven, and again when Meryth harassed them on their way back from Eisen to La Reina del Mar.  Then they faced Méchant's own variety of walkind dead in Tales of the Black Freighter and The Spear of the West Wind.  His own powers over the dead were supposedly granted by the Spear of the West Wind so now that this artefact has been destroyed, maybe undead will become rarer.
