Rodrigo is an able sailor on board the Hanged Man, and one of Allende's original buccaneers.  He is extremely nimble and stealthy, as well as a respectable marksman.  He and his brother Vincente, along with Didi, often perform missions for Captain Allende as his special ops team.

The heroes first met him in Freiburg, when they hired passage aboard the Drake.  He is also the one who contacted Constanza when Captain Allende requested her assistance against the Crimson Rogers, and he helped her throughout the adventure.

Rodrigo carries two pistols, 4 throwing knives, and a fighting knife.
