Mendoza is a performer (dancer, singer, actor), fluent in many languages, and is trained to be a servant to nobility. Played by Bryan Head.
He has dark-brown curly hair, light brown eyes, medium height, and wears casual Castillian clothes that a wealthier peasant or poor merchant might wear. His looks are rather uninteresting, he is the kind of person that is easy to ignore and easier to forget. It's a bit hard to tell his nationality until he speaks; he has Castillian features but doesn't seem pure-blood. He is known, however, to have Montaigne connections -- and enemies.
He disappeared after the heroes' raid on the Montaigne port installations in La Reina del Mar, but they encountered him again in Vodacce a few months later, when he helped them free Doņa Lucia, Lucas's mother.
His story is as of yet unrevealed.
