Doña Lucia is the wife of Don Andrés, mother of Lucas and Miranda, and aunt of Constanza. She is also a Fate Witch. She was originally engaged to then-heir to the Villanova province, Giam Villanova, but when she met the young Castillan ambassador to the Lucani province don Andrès Béjarano de Aldana, the two fell in love and eventually eloped. She disappeared following La Batalla de los Vados Ganados, and
was presumed dead, but during an audience with Prince Giovanni Villanova,
the heroes discovered that the Vodacce prince was holding her prisoner,
pointedly referring to her as "his brother's widow." Interestingly,
it is generally believed that Giam Villanova's death was greatly helped
by Giovanni himself.
