Fergus was a Highlander whom Lucas, Miranda, Constanza and their entourage met in Carleon, in Secundus 1668. Since they had just lost a swordsman man with Richard "Ricardo" O'Bannon's return to Innismore, Lucas hired the burly Highlander, who stayed with the heroes for their travels to the Ile de la Bête and Villanova province.
Fergus was a fearsome fighter but his personality was somewhat abrasive. He will forever be remembered for the worst job interview ever in Théah: "Haha! Hire me, Castillan dog, or I shall kill you!"
