Captain of the Hanged Man and leader of that infamous band of pirates and free thinkers, the Brotherhood of the Coast, Allende is known to be one of the shrewdest and most cunning captains on the 6 seas, or the 7th. Allende is a Castillan; he escaped two years ago from the island-prison of La Bucca. With the rest of the erstwhile prisoners, he founded the Brotherhood of the Coast and became a pirate.
The heroes first met him while travelling to the Western Isles during the Scoundrel's Folly adventure. He has been known to send Constanza the occasional piece of poetry.
Allende's name means "beyond."
